A growing body of research suggests a connection between weight and depression. Depression and weight gain frequently co-occur. It becomes a vicious cycle when you eat out of boredom, loneliness, isolation or any number of emotional reasons and you gain weight. You get depressed about weighing more and not feeling good about your body image and you turn to food for comfort – to bury the feelings.

The more food you eat, the more weight you gain and the worse you feel. The more body fat that you have and the more you weigh, the more likely you are to develop:

Coronary heart disease

High blood pressure

Type 2 diabetes

Gallstones

Breathing problems

Certain cancers

Your weight is the result of many factors. These factors include environment, family history and genetics, metabolism (the way your body changes food and oxygen into energy), behavior or habits, and more.

Where’s the connection?
Excess weight has been linked with depression symptoms, a history of depression, and other measures of psychological distress (e.g. anxiety).

So NEUROLINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLP) helps you to get rid of this weight gain issue through lot of channels. It gives you relief for your whole life. And you can live a confident life enjoying your passion and getting more and more success.

NLP provides you with sessions and full training course to get control of this problem.

NLP takes you to that state where actually mind accepts your commands and wishes so there are doors to those channels where you can utilize maximum resources of your own body and mind.

NLP JUST FOR KIDS

At NLP just for Kids we provide practical solutions to help children overcome emotional challenges, to increase confidence and self esteem and therefore enable children to reach a greater learning potential. Our workshops are designed and adapted from the effective techniques in NLP to help children to become better able to manage their own emotional states, to become inspired and motivated by the learning opportunities that are offered to them. The techniques we use are delivered in a way that is fun and comprehendible for children, encouraging them to co-operate more effectively with other students as well as improving their confidence and commitment when working individually.

Duration: 22 hours

COMMON PROBLEMS OF CHILDREN:

*Exam stress
*Lack of Confidence
*Low Self Esteem
*Loss of Motivation
*Negative Attitude
It is claimed by many child psychologists that between the ages of 3 years and 11 years is an imprint period. This means that childhood experiences between these ages are likely to have an impact on who that child becomes, how they feel, behave and represent the world to themselves in later life. This is why it is extremely important that a child is given the opportunity to understand their feelings and emotions. Failure to do so, could lead to that child growing up and feeling unable to ever achieve their full potential.

IS THIS YOUR CHILD?

Playing one parent off against the other.

Can’t make friends.

Won’t do their homework.

Won’t tidy their room.

Behaves selfishly/thoughtlessly..

Won’t wash.

Won’t talk, except in grunts, shouts, or whines.

Won’t study.

Rude

NLP therapy is the answer to children who are undergoing some problems related to psychological problems.
NLP just for kids is considered to be an authorized, believe-changing system, dealing with the internal representation of a person. NLP works on six basic levels; environment, behavior, capabilities, beliefs and value, identity, and purpose. These levels are important and help to achieve improvements.

HOW WE GIVE TRAINING

We ask parents to support their child throughout their training sessions in a variety of ways, and this may usually involve others within the family behaving or reacting in new ways. Since we usually work alone with the child after the initial consultation involving the child and parent(s) we are able to build up good rapport with the child, and this way the child will usually express themselves a little better when their parents are not around. This is because when the parents are in the room, they would tend to let their parents do most of the talking and thinking!

“The Life Which Is Unexamined Is Not Worth Living.” -Socates

Why People Do not Succeed?

They never define what success mean to them

They make success a moving target

They define success in a way that make it impossible to achieve

They never start

They never make success an absolute must

They do not have realistic plan

They fail to follow through

They make other responsible for their decision

When faced with major challenge they give up

They allow other peoples emotions to affect the implementation of their plan

They don’t understand the meaning of Fulfillment

They are fearful

They do not utilized there recourses

They do not take sufficient action for the improvement of most important part ofthem self Brain and Body.

They never get quality coaching.

They Do not have right NAC

They Do not do Any thing for NSP

“Success leaves clues.”

Do you understand what that means?

If you can learn the methods that someone else used to succeed, then you can do the same thing!

Tony Robbins said in his best selling book Unlimited Power, “If you want to achieve success, all you need to do is find a way to model those who have already succeeded.”

Here are two questions for you:
-Whose success clues are you studying?
-Whose model are you duplicating?

Without a proven model success will be much harder for you to achieve!

The best thing you can do is choose ONE model and begin implementing it. Don’t chase after and try multiple models and try “a little of this and that.”

Pick one model and implement it. Action is the key!

Every form of “wealth” leaves clues about how to have it…
Success is what happens when you look for ways to create new value, and then enthusiastically follow those possibilities. Failure is what happens when you think the world owes you something and you expect to live off the value created by others. Success is what happens when you open your mind to new ideas while keeping yourself grounded by proven virtues. Failure is what happens when you think you know it all and when you consider civilized behavior a waste of time.

Success is what happens when you find a way to take positive, effective action, no matter what obstacles may stand in your way. Failure is what happens when you become better at making excuses than at getting results.
