Free Course Repeat Guarantee

All courses can be repeated absolutely free of charge, provided space and course availability in our public schedule. This also applies to course upgrades with minor changes.

Free Corporate HR Investment Guarantee
If an employee sent by your organization resigns within 6 months of finishing their training with us, you can nominate a replacement for that course free of charge, provided space and course availability in our public schedule.

Free Exam Pass Guarantee
For Microsoft training, we are so confident in the quality of our certified trainers and curriculum, that we guarantee that you will pass your exam or we will reimburse it once, as long as you attend 85% of each course and clear 85% on our simulation exam.

Version Upgrade Guarantee
If a major course version or technology update is introduced within 6 months of your registration date, you simply have to buy the new books to upgrade. If the update occurs after 6 months from registration, you pay only 35% of the course fees plus the new books to upgrade.
